Based on the Patriotic Theme for this litter, this boy was named for Benjamin Franklin.  I loved the movie series "National Treasure" where Nicolas Cage plays Benjamin Franklin Gates who is a historian and amateur cryptologist searching for a lost treasure, once protected by the Knights Templar and hidden by the Freemasons during the early years of the USA.  A coded map on the back of the Declaration of Independence points to the location of the "National Treasure".   Thus Phranklin's registered name. 

He is the out of the Phaith x Sirus litter. 

 

Phranklin is very sweet and very handsome.  He is also very intelligent and does very well with positive obedience training.  Phranklin loves attention and can be goofy at times, which includes barking for attention.    He can be a bit shy at times too, but then he tries to act macho to cover it up.  He's a funny boy.
